Crash during print setup on Windows

Learn about printer setup crashes in Adobe InDesign on specific printers.

Adobe InDesign crashes while accessing printer settings or attempting to print documents on Windows. This problem occurs intermittently and affects specific printer models and cloud-sync file environments.

Currently, this issue is observed with the following printers when their drivers are not updated:

  • Konica Minolta 
  • Canon ColorPass
  • LANIER
