Learn how to remove visual effects from spreads in Interactive PDF documents in Adobe InDesign.
Page transitions add visual effects when navigating between pages in an Interactive PDF. When these effects are no longer required, they can be removed from individual spreads or cleared across the entire document. Clearing transitions removes them from exported Interactive PDFs without affecting the document layout.
Remove transitions from specific spreads
Choose the spread to remove the transition by selecting the page numbers below the spread thumbnails.
Select Window > Interactive > Page Transitions.
Choose None from the Transition drop-down menu.
Clear transitions from all spreads
Select Window > Interactive > Page Transitions.
Select the panel menu icon, then select Clear All.
