Share libraries with Creative Cloud users

Last updated on Jun 2, 2026

Learn how to share and manage Creative Cloud Libraries with other users in Adobe InDesign.

Creative Cloud Libraries streamline collaboration by letting you share design assets—colors, character styles, paragraph styles, and graphics—with other Creative Cloud users. When you share a library, collaborators can view, edit, and use assets across InDesign and other Adobe applications, such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
