Known issues

When running different workflows, you may notice slight performance differences:

  • Unable to drag and drop/place CC Library assets into the documents.
  • Operations done on Asset Web take time to reflect in the CC Library in InDesign.
  • Duplication of an element from the Stock in the CC Library does not work.
  • An error pop-up appears on launch, indicating missing color files, but you may proceed by dismissing it.
  • CC Libraries sometimes don't automatically sync in InDesign in WinArm. To sync the Libraries with CCD, go to Files > Your Libraries in CCD.
