Adjust the options within the Labels tab of the Preferences panel.
UI option	Function
Label Colors	You can change the default colors and color names, and then use them to label assets in the Project panel.
Label Defaults	Lets you change the default colors assigned to different media types, including Movie, Audio, Video, and more.
