Rename tracks

Learn about renaming tracks in Premiere Pro.
Before you begin
Identify the tracks in your sequence that need to be renamed.
A. Video track B. Audio track
- Right-click (Windows) or Ctrl-click (macOS) the track's name and choose Rename.
- Type a new name for the track, and press Enter (Windows) or Return (macOS).
Result
You’ll be able to rename tracks in Premiere Pro.
