Learn more about the Graphics preferences in Adobe Premiere Pro.

Adjust the options within the Graphics tab of the Preferences panel.

Text Engine

If you need support for Western, Chinese, Japanese, Latin, or Korean languages, select European and East Asian. If you need Middle Eastern or Indic language support, select South Asian and Middle Eastern

Editing Text in Middle Eastern Languages

If you need Ligature support, select Ligatures. If you want support for Hindi numerals, select Hindi Digits. You can also choose if you want the text to flow left to right or right to left.

Missing Font Replacement

You can define a custom replacement font in the Graphics tab. This is the default font when Premiere Pro can’t sync the fonts in a Motion Graphics Template.
