Learn how to quickly add or remove clips from a sequence in Premiere Pro.

Before you begin

Import media for a new project where you can view all your clips assembled in the Project panel.

  1. Drag a clip from the Project panel onto the timeline.
  2. To add a new clip to the sequence, drag it from the Project panel.
  3. To remove a clip from the sequence, select the clip and press Delete.
Tip:

Use the Ripple Edit tool to automatically close gaps while editing in the timeline.

Result

You’ll be able to add or remove clips from a sequence in Premiere Pro.
