Go to PDF Spaces and then open the PDF Space you want to share.
Share a PDF Space as a guided experience so recipients understand what the content is about, where to start, and how to engage with it.
As the PDF Space owner, you can customize how your content is introduced and consumed before you share it. This includes refining AI‑generated summaries, arranging items on the Overview page, and adding elements such as notes, podcasts, or branding.
When recipients open your shared PDF Space for the first time, they land on a structured Overview that helps them quickly understand what matters, how the content is organized, and what to do next.
Customize the Overview experience if required:
- Reorder or remove items
- Edit AI‑generated text or audio summaries
- Add supporting items such as notes, text blocks, podcasts, or a logo for branding
Customizing the Overview helps guide recipients and sets expectations before they open individual files. Learn how to customize the PDF Spaces experience.
