Learn how to remove a web form from the Home or Documents tab by hiding it.

Note:

Hiding a web form only affects your view, not the view of other users. Those with access via sharing can still see it.

  1. On the Acrobat on the web home page, select Documents.

  2. From the left pane, select Web forms.

  3. Select the web form you want to hide.

  4. Under the Actions menu, select Hide Web Form.

Selected web form displays an Actions menu in the right pane. The 'Hide Web Form' button is highlighted.
To view the Hide web forms option, select See more under the Actions menu.

  5. In the dialog box that opens, select Hide.

  6. If you attempt to hide an active web form, you see a caution message. Take one of the following actions:

    • To disable the web form before hiding it, select Cancel and then follow the steps to Disable web forms.
    • To proceed, select Hide.

A confirmation message displays on the window, and the web form is removed from the view.
