Learn how to remove collaborators’ access from shared files.

  1. On the Acrobat on the web homepage, select Documents > Your documents.

  2. Select a file that is shared with others, and then select Unshare .

    A shared document is selected, and the share details are displayed in the right panel, where the Unshare tool is highlighted.

    You can select your shared file from the ‘Shared by you’ section under the Documents tab.

  3. In the Unshare file dialog box that opens, select Unshare.

    Note:

    When you unshare a file, the recipients aren’t notified, but they can no longer access it.

The file is unshared and the original recipients cannot access it.
