Learn how to access your Box storage files using Acrobat on the web.
Accessing Box files from Acrobat on the web application allows you to open, edit, and save PDFs stored in Box without downloading and re-uploading files. This integration ensures real-time updates and improved efficiency.
Note
All modern browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge, support Adobe Acrobat for Box.
Select Open with > Adobe Acrobat (web).
In the Adobe Acrobat for Box dialog box that opens, select Okay.
On the permissions page, select Grant access to Box.
Your Box file opens in the preview pane of Acrobat on the web. You can now edit, share, or request signatures on the file.
