Manage bulk sends
Last updated on
Dec 10, 2024
Learn how to view and manage the agreements sent for signature in bulk.
-
-
From the left pane, select Bulk sends.
-
From the list of agreements sent in bulk, select an agreement to view its details.
-
On the top of the right pane that appears, check the following agreement details:
- Title of the agreement
- Date the Bulk Send was sent to participants
- Email address of the userID used to create the Bulk Send
- Overall status of the Bulk Send
- Message included in the initial email
- CCed parties (listed by email address)
-
From the Actions menu in the right pane, take any of the following actions as required:
- Open Bulk Send: Opens the Bulk Send template document for viewing only. No fields are available.
- Edit Bulk Send: Opens the Bulk document for editing.
- Cancel: Cancel the Bulk Send.
- Download PDF: Downloads the PDF.
- Download Error Report: This function downloads a CSV file containing the field-level content for all completed child agreements spawned from this parent Bulk Send.
- Download Individual Documents: If multiple files were used to create the web form, this option allows users to download the individual PDF files.
- Hide Bulk Send: It removes the Bulk Send from your Manage page view.
- Reminders: Add a reminder for yourself or everyone else who still needs to sign.
- Share: This option shares the Bulk Send along with its status with the user email you provide. Shared web forms can be viewed on the Manage page but do not allow editing.
- Add Notes: You can add a personal note to the Bulk Send document.
-
Select the Activity drop-down menu to view a chronological list of the enablement actions taken on the Bulk Send document.
-
For Bulk send documents with multiple agreements, view the Agreements section for the status. The section lists the following statuses, each reflecting the number of child agreements in that status:
- All: Displays all child agreements generated from the Bulk Send (parent template).
- In Progress: Shows child agreements awaiting participant signatures.
- Canceled: Includes agreements canceled by the sender or declined by a participant.
- Completed: Lists agreements that all participants have successfully signed.
- Waiting for You: Highlights agreements awaiting the sender’s countersignature.
Note:If no child agreements exist for a particular status, that status will not appear, so fewer than five statuses may be shown.
