To upload documents, open the task pane and select the notification prompt that appears when you attach a document to the email.
Emails to PDFs
- Supported email types: You can convert all types of emails to PDF using the Adobe Acrobat app.
- Potential inconsistencies: When converting emails on different platforms, you may encounter issues such as:
- Padding differences
- Missing images
- Font variations
- Embedded forms: When converted to PDF, emails with embedded forms may lose interactive elements, such as text fields, checkboxes, and dropdown menus.
Converted documents
- Filename generation: The filename for the converted PDF is derived from the email's subject line.
- Character removal: Disallowed characters in the subject line will be removed to ensure proper formatting when saving to OneDrive and the Desktop.
