Learn how to reactivate a disabled web form anytime to resume normal function.

  1. Go to the Documents tab, and then from the left pane, select Web forms.

  2. Select the disabled web form you want to reactivate.

  3. From the right pane, select Enable.

    Selecting a disabled web form displays the web form details in the right pane. The 'Enable' button is highlighted.
    To check the web form’s details and status, refer to the information under the form's name in the right pane.

  4. In the dialog box that opens, select Enable.

It reactivates the disabled web form, and the status changes to Enabled. A success message appears on the window.
