PDF doesn’t print

Learn what to do if your PDF fails to print.
Printer not connected
Ensure that the cable connecting your printer to your computer is securely plugged. If the printer is connected to a USB hub, unplug the cable from the hub and plug it directly into a USB port on your computer.
You can also try turning your printer off. Wait for 30 seconds, turn it back on, and then try printing the PDF again.
Printer drivers not updated
Manufacturers regularly update their drivers to improve compatibility with the latest software, such as new versions of Acrobat Reader and Acrobat.
-
-
Go to the manufacturer's website and search for drivers or printer drivers.
-
Find and download the correct driver for your model number.
-
Follow the manufacturer's instructions to install the driver.
-
Restart your system and try printing the PDF again.
