Learn how to use the Acrobat business templates library to create various business agreements, such as non-disclosure agreements, proposals, offer letters, and more.

  1. On the Acrobat on the web homepage, select E-Sign > Use a Legal template.

    Note:

    Acrobat business templates are available only for Acrobat Pro Plus and select Acrobat Pro customers.

  2. Search for a desired template type or select a template from the list of Featured Templates.

    The 'Create legal templates' page shows the Search bar, where the term 'Living' is entered and all the related options show up.
    Use the search bar to find the template you need.

    Acrobat on web provides a list of Featured Templates to choose from.
    You can select a template from the list of Featured templates.

  3. On the templates preview page, select Get started

    The template preview page appears where the option 'Get Started' is highlighted.
    Once you select a template, you’ll be presented with a series of questions to create a legal document.

  4. Provide answers to the required contract details and select Continue.

  5. Fill in your responses to all subsequent details asked and select Continue.

  6. To modify any of your previous responses, you can select Back

    Note:

    If you try to exit the template builder, you'll be prompted to delete or save your template. You can save it to Adobe cloud storage or delete the draft. Saved drafts can be accessed anytime from the In Progress section to complete your template.

  7. Once you respond to all the queries, select Complete

  8. It creates a PDF document based on the template. You can take the following actions on your legal document:

    • Upload a company logo or image to the top of your document.
    • Edit the text, add images, or organize the document.
    • Request e-signatures on the document by sending it to the intended recipients. 
    The generated legal PDF document appears on the screen. You can edit the PDF, add your company logo, and send it for signature.
    Once the legal document is created, you can add your company logo and send it for signature.

Any changes to the template are automatically saved to Adobe cloud storage.
