Action

Keyboard shortcuts

Move field by 6 pixels

The selected field moves in the direction of the arrow, staying within the document's page boundaries.

Arrow (Up, Down, Left, Right)

Move field by 12 pixels

The selected field moves in the direction of the arrow, staying within the document's page boundaries.

macOS: Cmd + Arrow

Windows: Ctrl + Arrow

Resize field by 3 pixels

A single press increases or decreases the size, keeping the current aspect ratio for fields with a fixed ratio. For fields without a fixed ratio, the width or height adjusts based on the arrow key pressed.

Shift + Arrow 

Resize field by 6 pixels

A single press increases or decreases the size, keeping the current aspect ratio for fields with a fixed ratio. For fields without a fixed ratio, the width or height adjusts based on the arrow key pressed.

macOS: Cmd + Shift + Arrow
Windows: Ctrl + Shift + Arrow

Copy

A single press temporarily copies the selected field for a potential paste action.

macOS: Cmd + C

Windows: Ctrl + C

Paste

With a single press, a previously copied field is pasted onto the document at the mouse cursor location, within the document boundaries.

macOS: Cmd + P

Windows: Ctrl + P

Cut

A single press puts the selected field in a cut state. After using the paste action, the original field is removed, and a duplicate is placed at the mouse cursor location.

macOS: Cmd + X

Windows: Ctrl + X

Duplicate

A single press clones the selected field and places the new field below the original.

macOS: Cmd + D

Windows: Ctrl + D

Delete

Deletes the selected field when it’s not in edit mode.

Delete or Backspace

Navigate anticlockwise

Moves focus through the page in the following order:

  1. Header
  2. Left pane
  3. Viewer
  4. Right pane

Tab

Navigate clockwise

Moves focus through the page in the following order:

  1. Header
  2. Right pane
  3. Viewer
  4. Left pane

Shift + Tab

Close

Closes any open context menu.

Esc

Open

Opens the customize pane.

Shift + Enter
