Learn how to personalize the signing URL with your domain to let your signers know that the agreement is coming from you.

You can easily tailor your e-signature request links in Acrobat on the web, allowing recipients to have a more personalized and professional signing experience.

  1. On the Acrobat on the web homepage, select E-Sign Add e-sign branding.

    Note:

    You need a valid subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Pro for teams to access the Add e-sign branding feature.

    If you're a Teams admin with a subsctiption to Acrobat Standard for teams, you'll be prompted to upgrade your plan. On the dialog that appears, select Manage Account to continue. Teams users who need access to the feature must contact their admins to request it.

  2. On the Account Settings > Brand Settings page, locate the Customize agreement URL option.

  3. In the URL address field, enter the custom brand value you want to insert into your Acrobat Sign URLs.

  4. Select Save.

Your signing URLs will now include your brand.
