Generators
Generators are filters that make an additive change to your material. Generators often result in a substantial change to the appearance of your material, and are regularly used to create the foundations of a material as a result.
There are two main forms of generator:
- Converting generators convert the underlying material into a new form such as using the Panel filter to convert a flat steel material into multiple panels.
- Adding generators add new elements on top of the underlying material, such as the Atlas Scatter filter that scatters objects across a material from an input atlas.
