Use Photoshop to refine still images directly from Adobe Premiere project.
From within a project, you can open an image file in most formats that Adobe Photoshop supports. Adobe Premiere does not import files in CMYK or LAB color formats.
Select Edit > Edit In Adobe Photoshop.
The file opens in Photoshop. When you save the file, the changes are available in the Premiere project.
Make your edits in Photoshop using any available tools, filters, or adjustments.
Select File > Save in Photoshop to save your changes.
