Creating and saving custom presets while exporting allows you to streamline your workflow by eliminating the need to manually reconfigure settings for every export. It ensures consistency across projects, maintains standardized output formats, and saves time by letting you quickly apply your preferred configurations with just one click. This not only improves efficiency but also reduces the chances of errors or mismatched settings during repeated export tasks.

In the Export dialog box, select a preset that most closely matches the settings you want.
