Use these guidelines to keep system time accurate when working with Productions:

Rely on file timestamps reported by the file system when collaborating with productions.
Use the shared storage system’s configurable date and time settings.
Check that your editing system time matches the storage server’s time.
Set the server to communicate with an NTP time server as the easiest way to ensure accuracy.
Set the time manually if using an NTP time server isn't an option.
Check the server time often to ensure it has not drifted.
Avoid time differences of more than a few minutes to prevent unexpected behavior in Premiere.
