Move files to a project

  • Files: From the homepage, select Your stuff > Files.
  • Brands: From the homepage, select Brands.
  • Libraries: From the homepage, select Your stuff > Libraries.

Select the three-dot  icon on a file, brand, or library, and then select Move.

Files panel open in Adobe Express. Option A and B, to move a single file, or B to move multiple files into a project.
A: You can move individual files, brands, and libraries to projects. B: You can also select and move multiple files together into a project by selecting the checkbox on the files.

Select Projects, then navigate to your desired project.

Select Move.

Move files in to another organization's project

From the Adobe Express homepage, navigate to Your stuff > Files.

Select the three-dot  icon on the file you want to move.

Select Move.

Choose the destination project that belongs to the other organization.

Confirm the move when prompted.

The file is now accessible within the selected organization. Here are the changes after moving the file:

  • Access now follows the destination organization’s sharing restrictions.
  • Anyone who had direct access to the file will retain it unless that access is changed in the destination project.
  • Broad organization-wide access will not be carried over, and only direct collaborators will retain access.
  • After the move, only users in the destination organization who have move permissions can move or relocate the file again.
