Learn to block a student's access, remove a student, and delete a classroom.

Block access to a classroom

Select the    icon next to a student's name to block access. Blocking a student will prevent them from seeing their class work and other classroom-related content.

Remove student from a classroom

Select the     icon next to a student's name, and then select Remove

Note:
  • If the student’s account was created from an invitation by a teacher, their account will be deleted. The student will lose access to Adobe Express unless they are also a member of another classroom.
  • If an IT admin created the student’s account at the school or school district, the user will be removed from your classroom. However, their account and access to Adobe Express will be preserved.

Delete a classroom

Deleting a classroom will delete all classroom data and revoke student access.

  1. Locate the Classroom block you want to delete from My Classroom, My Classes view.

  2. Select the   icon in the top right of the Classroom block, then select edit.

  3. In the In the Classroom information panel, select Delete to delete all classroom data and revoke student access.
