What is the new Print feature in Adobe Express? 

The new Print feature in Adobe Express lets you turn your digital designs into physically printed products shipped directly to you. You can use this feature to design and order prints using high-quality templates, generative AI capabilities, and easy-to-use editing tools available in the all-in-one Adobe Express app. We’ve partnered with Zazzle to print and deliver your orders directly to your doorstep.  

What printed products can I order using this feature?

You can use this feature to print posters, cards, flyers, invitations, business cards, and T-shirts. We will be adding new products over time. 

What countries can I ship my order to?

Currently, we only support shipping within the U.S. and the UK. Support for more countries and regions is coming soon.

Is this feature available on the Adobe Express mobile app?

This feature is currently supported on desktop only. Support for mobile is coming soon.

Is printing with Adobe Express sustainable?

Sustainability is a top priority for Adobe Express. Printed orders are designed with sustainability in mind, using recyclable boxes and mailers.

How do I get started with printing in Adobe Express?

Get started by exploring a vast collection of print-optimized design templates within the homepage banner's Print   menu. Additionally, you can start from your own content and create personalized designs tailored to your needs.

How does Adobe work with Zazzle to process orders?

Adobe allows you to create and save your designs. When printing the design, Zazzle processes, prints, bills, and ships the order.

Why do I have to connect to Zazzle to complete my order on Adobe Express?

How do I request a refund? 

As the print fulfillment partner, Zazzle will handle any returns or refunds. Learn more about Zazzle's return policy or request a refund.

Are there any additional costs associated with Printing besides placing an order?

The print feature is available to free and paid users, and there is no additional printing cost beyond the order itself.

Are there any discounts for Creative Cloud members?

Currently, no discounts are available as part of a Creative Cloud membership. 

How is my credit card information handled or stored?

As the print fulfillment partner, Zazzle handles all credit card information. Learn more about how Zazzle securely handles your credit card information.

What should I expect to see on my bank statement for a printed order?

Your bank statement will show Adobe - Zazzle in the description for a printed order.

What is the best image or file size/type to use in print?

Images, text, and other assets in our print-ready templates are optimized to ensure the highest quality prints, but if you want to bring in your own images a minimum resolution of 300 DPI will ensure the best print quality.
