Open the shared template and, in the preview dialog box, browse the template pages and review any notes or restrictions.

Reuse and customize shared templates within a guided, brand-controlled editing experience.
When a template creator shares a reusable template, collaborators receive both an in-app notification and an email with access details. You can also find the template in the Projects workspace, where it was saved. As a collaborator, you can remix the template to create consistent, on-brand content. This feature is available on Adobe Express for Teams and Enterprise plans.
If you don’t have access to a selected brand or asset location, select Request access. Once you’re ready to proceed, select Use template.
In the Quick replace panel, select Media and Text to replace the content from the design.
