Use AI Assistant to turn casual photos into professional headshots, apply playful styles like kawaii portraits, or create studio‑style product images, and then refine the results with manual edits.

Restyle images with AI Assistant in a few simple steps.

Open Adobe Express

Before you begin:

Prepare an image file, up to 20MB.

Select AI Assistant Beta from the Adobe Express homepage.

Select Edit image.

Explore image restyle presets in AI Assistant.

Select a restyle preset such as Kawaii style or gel lighting effect, then upload an image of up to 20MB.

Use text prompts to guide the restyle further, or select the image and then select Edit image to manually adjust lighting, filters, and more.

Select Download to save the file to your device.

AI Assistant is currently available as a beta feature on desktop for individual Premium and Free plans. Teams, Enterprise, and Education plans are not supported yet. Learn more about AI Assistant and review the AI Assistant FAQ for answers to common questions.
