Create, customize, and export visual content, such as flyers, posters, social graphics, and more, using the Adobe Express agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot.
The Adobe Express agent brings Adobe's template-driven design capabilities into Microsoft 365. Use the agent to create, customize, and export content through conversations without leaving the Microsoft environment. You can ask the agent to:
- Search Adobe Express templates, such as flyers, posters, invitations, announcements, or business cards
- Fill in text such as event details, names, dates, announcements, or promotional copy
- Replace images using natural‑language descriptions
- Change background colors
- Add animation to designs
Add the Adobe Express agent to Copilot
If your admin has already installed the agent for your organization, it appears automatically in your Copilot interface, and you can begin using it right away. If your organization allows self‑service installation, install it yourself with these steps.
In the navigation panel, go to the Agents section, and select All agents or Browse agents.
Search for Adobe Express.
Select Install or Add to Copilot.
Use the Adobe Express agent in Copilot
Open Microsoft 365 Copilot and select the Adobe Express agent from the Agents list in the navigation panel to start a conversation. You can also invoke it from any Copilot chat by typing @Adobe Express.
Enter a prompt that describes your design needs, such as:
- Create a flyer for our June 1 product launch.
- Make an Instagram story for a 30% off sale.
Review the templates the agent provides and select one to customize. You can ask the agent to:
Update the text fields.
Example prompt: Change the date to June 1, 2026, and update the offer to 30% off.Replace an image.
Example prompt: Replace the product placeholder image with a wireless headset.Change the background color.
Example prompt: Change the background to deep navy blue.Add animation.
Example prompt: Animate my flyer.
Download the design to your device, or select the link the agent provides to open it in Adobe Express for full‑featured editing and advanced controls.
- If you need to sign out or switch Adobe Express accounts, tell the agent Log me out of my Adobe Express account. The agent signs you out and prompts you to sign in with a different Adobe ID.
- If you can’t find the agent in Copilot, contact your admin to confirm that agents are supported for your Microsoft 365 account and that there are no regional or tenant restrictions. If the agent appears but doesn’t respond, refresh Copilot or start a new conversation.
