Learn to copy a file from one account to another by sharing an editable version of the file in Adobe Express.

Try the app
Send and receive files for review in a few simple steps.  

  1. Select Your Stuff > Files > Yours to view all your files.

    Your stuff panel is open in Adobe Express and the Files tab is open with the option of opening the files created by you.
    Select the Yours option to filter and view only those files you created.

  2. Select a file and then select the Share icon.

  3. Enter the email address of the user you want to transfer the file to. 

  4. Use the dropdown menu to set the editing permission to Can edit.

  5. Select Invite to edit.

Result

A notification is sent to the user, and the shared file will start reflecting under Shared with you. The recipient of the file can use the Duplicate option to create a new version and start editing the file.

Note:
  • A duplicate copy is transferred to your account if the file is unbranded. Create an Unbranded copy to transfer to your account if the file is branded.
  • You will need to sign in with a Premium account to use files that have premium content.
