Get an overview of Projects in Adobe Express.

A project is a durable shared space. You can create and share a project with collaborators—anything within the project is accessible to those invited. All customers with Free, Premium, EDU, Teams, or Enterprise accounts can create projects in Adobe Express. You can save all Adobe Express cloud documents, files, brands, and libraries in a project. To access your projects, navigate to Your stuff > Projects

Invites and permissions supported in a project

Collaborators can be assigned Can edit or Can view permissions, which apply to all items within a project. Additionally, a brand can be added to the project as Can view for Teams and Enterprise accounts, so collaborators with Can edit permissions cannot edit the brand.

Admin controls

Admins have the following controls:

  • Access to all the projects stored within the account.
  • Ability to do the following operations from the admin console and creative cloud:
    • Create new projects.
    • Discard, delete, and restore existing projects.
    • Manage members within the project.
For Teams and Enterprises:

Currently, team members within an organization can create a total of 100,000 projects in Adobe Express.
