Learn how to access and edit a template that has been shared with you.

Before you begin:

Accept the invite to a brand or library for it to appear in Your stuff. You can find the invite in your email or the Notifications on the homepage. Find the brand or library and select Accept.

  1. From home, navigate to Brands or Library in Your Stuff then browse and select your desired template.

  2. Select Start a new file.

  3. You can customize the assets on the template by selecting the editable layers.

Note: Once you select an asset, you can verify on the Lock settings panel whether the asset is locked, unlocked, or locked but can be replaced. If the checkbox is selected, text or image can be replaced without changing it's position, styling, or other effects.

  4. Select Download or Share.

Note:
  • If a template shared with you is missing the full set of colors and Adobe Fonts, the template may have controls to keep the team on brand. Reach out to the individual who shared this template to request additional access.
  • Templates that include premium content will display a watermark for users who are not on a paid Premium, Teams, or Enterprise plan.
  • To use or edit custom fonts, you must have a paid Premium, Teams, or Enterprise plan.
