What is Artistic Effects?

Artistic Effects is a new video effect that lets you transform your clips with effects inspired by famous works of art or popular art styles.
You can choose from 24 artistic styles that you can apply to your videos or images.

Steps to apply Artistic Effects

Start by adding your video clip

Open Adobe Premiere Elements Editor > Select Expert or Quick. Click Add Media to select the clip to which you want to apply the Artistic effect.

Add Artistic Effect

Click the apply effects icon on the right panel. Choose a style from the Artistic Effects category under the video effects section. Note that you can only apply one style to a video clip on the timeline, or you can drag and drop the chosen Artistic style onto the monitor to apply the effect to all clips on the timeline.

You can only apply one Artistic style to a video clip at a time. To replace the Artistic style applied on a clip, drop a new Artistic style on it.

Adjust the effect intensity

Click the Applied Effects icon on the right panel, you will find the intensity slider under the style you have applied. Customize the Intensity of Artistic style for your media as per your requirement.

Click play to see the final result. To export the final output, select File > Export and Share. For information about various exports and share options available, see Export and share your videos.
