Stay informed about your Adobe account activity. Enable notifications to receive quick updates about your transactions.

Adobe occasionally sends emails about transactions on your account, such as billing issues and security alerts. These emails are sent to the email address associated with your Adobe ID account. You can also opt to receive text (SMS) notifications on your mobile phone about these transactions. 

Before you begin

You must have an active Adobe account without any text notification enabled.

  1. Sign in at https://account.adobe.com/notifications.
  2. In the Account communication preferences section, enable Phone (SMS) notifications.

Turn on the toggle option to activate Phone (SMS) notifications.

  1. If you don't have a mobile phone already associated with your account, you’re prompted to add your mobile number first.

  1. Type the verification code.

You’re prompted to enable mobile notifications.

  1. Select Turn on.

Result

You've successfully enabled your mobile or phone (SMS) notifications.
