How can I receive marketing communication from Adobe?

You can opt in to receive marketing-related communications from Adobe differently from how you receive your account-related communications.

Depending on your preference, you can receive marketing communications by email, phone, or by post.

Are you in Germany?

When you opt in for email marketing communications for the first time, you also receive an email asking you to approve the same. Until you approve, a hyphen is shown next to the Email option, indicating it's pending your approval.

  1. Go to https://account.adobe.com/communication.
  2. In the Offers and insights screen, add or modify your Phone or Postal address.

Keep your Adobe account secure by updating your email address. Learn how to change your primary email address.

  1. In the Latest from Adobe section, select or deselect the boxes next to Email, Phone, or Postal address as per your preference to opt in to receive marketing communication.
