Update billing info if you purchased directly from Adobe

Learn how to easily update your billing information if you've purchased your plan directly from Adobe.

Before you begin

You must have an active subscription purchased directly from Adobe.

  1. Sign in at https://account.adobe.com/plans.
  2. Select Edit billing and payment.
Select Edit billing and payment option to add or edit your payment method.

  1. Select either Add new or Edit.
Add a new or edit the existing payment method.

  1. Enter your card details, and then select Save.
Enter your credit or debit card details.

Note:

If your primary payment method fails or the full amount fails to be charged, Adobe may charge any other payment method in your account for the amount owed, including partial or incremental payment amounts.

Result

You’ve successfully updated your billing information.
