Organize cloud documents
From the InDesign application

From the InDesign application: Select the New folder icon to create and organize your cloud documents in a new folder.
Tip:Select the checkbox for each cloud document to select multiple Cloud documents.

Select the List view icon or Thumbnail view icon to toggle between the views.
You can also select the Sort icon to sort the cloud documents by Date modified, Name, or Reverse order.
From the creative cloud website

Go to Files > Files.

From the Creative Cloud website: Select the New button and then select the New folder icon to create and organize your cloud documents in a new folder.
Tip:Select the checkbox for each cloud document to select multiple Cloud documents.

Select the List view icon or Thumbnail view icon to toggle between the views.
You can also select the Sort icon to sort the cloud documents by Date modified, Name, or Reverse order.
Manage cloud documents
From the InDesign application

Select the Your files icon from the home screen.

Right-click or select the checkbox for any InDesign cloud document.

Right-click or select the checkbox for any InDesign cloud document and then select any of the following:
- Rename: Type the new name to rename.
- Duplicate: Creates a cloud copy in the Your files section.
- Move: Select a new location for your InDesign and then select Move again.
- Delete: The deleted documents are archived and stored in the Deleted section.
- Download: Downloads the Cloud document to your system.
- Make available offline always: Keeps the latest version of the Cloud document available for offline editing.
- Rename: Type the new name to rename.
From the creative cloud desktop application

Launch the app and select Files > Your files.

- Download: Downloads the Cloud document to your system.
- Rename: Type the new name to rename.
- Duplicate: Creates a cloud copy in the Your files section.
- Make available offline always: Keeps the latest version of the Cloud document available for offline editing.
- Move: Select a new location for your InDesign and then select Move again.
- Delete: The deleted documents are archived and stored in the Deleted section.
From the creative cloud website

Delete cloud documents permanently

Open InDesign, the Creative Cloud website, or the Creative Cloud desktop application, and select Deleted.

Select the file you want to delete from any of the following surfaces:
- InDesign application: Select any InDesign cloud document and then select the Delete Permanently icon.
- Creative cloud application: Right-click any InDesign cloud document and select Delete Permanently.
- Creative cloud website: Select the checkbox for any InDesign cloud document and select Delete Permanently.
