Learn how to invite collaborators to edit InDesign cloud documents.
From InDesign application

Select File > Share for Review and then select Invite to edit.

Add a name or an Adobe email ID to invite a collaborator to edit your document.

Select the Who has access menu to set the access permission.

Only invited people can access
Creates a private link to edit the document. This cannot be accessed without an invite by email.
Everyone at Adobe Inc. can view
Creates a link that anyone from Adobe Inc. can view.
Anyone with the link can view
Creates a public link that anyone can view.

Select Copy and share the link with stakeholders.
From creative cloud website or desktop application

From the Creative Cloud desktop application, select Files > Your files. You can also go to Files > Files from the Creative Cloud website.

Right-click any InDesign cloud document and select Share.
Here's a known limitation, and we're actively working to resolve this in future updates:
By default, collaborators added through the InCopy on the web (Beta) feature in the InDesign Beta build are assigned view-only access to the InDesign cloud documents. The collaborators also appear in the Invite to Edit workflow, but their access cannot be upgraded to edit the documents.
