Here at Adobe, we take your privacy seriously. Here are some details about files created on Adobe Express, who can view them, and how users can discover them.

What happens when I share a link and who can view it?

When sharing a link to social media, to peers, or embedding a file in another website, anyone with the URL to your file can view it. Third-party social media and other websites where you've shared your creations can be listed in various search engines, so your file could become publicly discoverable in these cases. Consider where you're sharing the link if your file contains sensitive information.

Until you share your file, they’re only viewable by you.

How do I unpublish a previously shared file?

Creating public links isn't yet available in the new Adobe Express on desktop web.

If you want to unpublish a previously shared file, you can deactivate the URL by selecting Unpublish in the menu when hovering over the file under Your stuff.

If you've used both desktop web and mobile app versions of Adobe Express in 2023, your files won’t automatically be migrated. To deactivate the URL, navigate to your prior files by selecting Access files in the purple tile located in Files, then select Unpublish in the options for your file.
