Learn how to invite collaborators to a project in Adobe Express.

Share projects in a few simple steps.

Open Adobe Express

Navigate to Your stuff > Projects.
Open a project, select the icon, and then select Share.
In the Share project dialog box, enter names or email addresses and then press Enter.
In the Invite people to project dialog box, set the access permissions to Can edit or Can comment and type an optional message.

Give access permissions to project members as "can edit" or "can comment."
Select Invite to project.

When inviting collaborators, you can select Copy link in the Share project dialog box to easily guide them to a specific project. To be given access, collaborators must first be added to a project.

Manage project member permissions

Open a project, select the icon, and then select Share.
Modify the Can edit or Can view and use permissions in the Invite people dialog box.

For Teams and Enterprise plans:

You can restrict project members from editing your brand or library. Select your brand or library in the Share window. Then, set your preferred restriction settings. When the toggle is on, project members will have view and use access to your brand, even if they have edit access to all items within the project. When this toggle is off, project members who have edit access to the project can also edit your selected brand or library.
