Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
Select the Details tab.
In the search box, type the name of the conflicting processes listed in the error message, and only close the processes that appear as conflicts.
Do not close essential installation processes, such as Adobe Installer, Setup.exe, or MSI installer, unless the error message specifically identifies them as conflicting.
Right-click each conflicting process and select End task.
Once all related processes are closed, select Retry to install or update again.
