Learn how to apply brand style controls to the templates you want to share.
Apply style control settings to keep the team on-brand by restricting access to only approved colors and fonts, limiting access to media and templates, and limiting the ability to add new layers to the file.
Style restrictions
Style restrictions are only available for Teams and Enterprise plans. Ensure you create a brand kit with colors and fonts before enabling the restrictions. Once you enable the colors and font restrictions, users cannot access the Themes panel to apply colors to the template. Additionally, Text lockups and Text effects will be disabled to prevent using a style that may be off-brand on the template.
Color
- Collaborators can still access true black, true white, and transparent options from color pickers.
Font
- If a collaborator utilizes the Translate feature on a template with font restrictions, the resulting pages may require fonts beyond those available in the brand or library for accurate translation.
- If the template contains a font not in the brand or library when publishing, users can access it in their remixed templates.
