How can I save the changes made to an image in Adobe Express web files?
Changes to an image using Quick actions or Create from scratch are automatically saved in Adobe Express web files. You can find them in the Adobe Express Google Chrome Extension folder.
Will the pinned view work if I don't enter a URL in the address bar?
No, the pinned view won't work if you don't have a URL entered in the address bar. Type in any URL and then try the pinned view.
Why do I see an error screen (Unknown error) when trying to perform a quick action or edit an image?
You'll get an Unknown error, in the following two scenarios:
- When using an unsupported version of the browser that is Chrome version below 100.
- When there is no network connectivity.
I have an Enterprise account, and when I try to use the Adobe Express Chrome extension, I see a blocked screen. How do I get access to use the extension?
If you have an Enterprise account, you'll see the blocked screen if you don't have an Adobe Express entitlement with your Enterprise account. Contact your Enterprise admin to provide you with the Express entitlement, to use the Adobe Express Chrome extension.
