Get answers to the most commonly asked questions on projects in Adobe Express.
What is a project?
A project is a durable shared space. You can create a project and share it with collaborators—anything within the project is accessible to those who have been invited to it.
Who can create projects in Adobe Express?
All customers with a Free account, Premium account, EDU account, Teams account, or an Enterprise account can create projects in Adobe Express.
What can I store in a project?
You can save all Adobe Express cloud documents, files, brands, and libraries in a project.
What invites and permissions are supported in a project?
Collaborators can be assigned Can edit or Can view permissions, which apply to all items within a project. Additionally, a brand can be added to the project as Can view for Teams and Enterprise accounts, so collaborators with Can edit permissions cannot edit the brand.
Where are projects stored?
From the homepage of Adobe Express, navigate to Your stuff > Projects.
What controls do admins have in a project?
Admins have the following controls:
- Access to all the projects stored within the account.
- Ability to do the following operations from the admin console and creative cloud:
- Create new projects.
- Discard, delete, and restore existing projects.
- Manage members within the project.
What will happen to the project created by my team members if they leave the company?
The project will remain available to existing collaborators and the administrator from the admin console. If it were a pre-existing project from a collaborator before joining the company, it would continue to be available as long as the admin doesn't delete their content.
For Teams and Enterprises, how many projects can my team members create in Adobe Express?
Currently, team members within an organization can create a total of 100,000 projects in Adobe Express.
