Scroll down to the Video Quick Actions section and select Resize video.

Browse and upload a video from your device.

Use the Resize for dropdown menu to select auto-sizing for social media channels, or choose the custom option to set your own dimensions.

Select the orientation and aspect ratio you would like to use, and then use the video scale slider to make final adjustments.

Select Download. You can also select Open in editor to make further edits to the video.
