  1. On the Photoshop on the web homepage, under Start something new, select Upload an image and browse for a file on your device.

  2. Select Retouch > Clone stamp .

  3. From the Brush presets dropdown menu, choose the required option and set the Brush size & hardness in the options bar.

    Tip:

Select the More menu icon in the Brush presets panel to Manage brushes or Reset to default brushes.

  4. From the Sample dropdown menu, choose the required option: Current layer, Current and below, or All layers.

  5. Select More options  and adjust the sliders for the following options:

    • Opacity: Controls the opacity of the cloned region.
    • Angle: Specifies the angle by which an elliptical or sampled brush’s long axis is rotated from the horizontal.
    • Roundness: Specifies the ratio between the brush’s short and long axes. A value of 100% indicates a circular brush, 0% indicates a linear brush and intermediate values indicate elliptical brushes.
    Note:

To vary the diameter of the selected brush based on the pressure applied while painting, enable the Use pressure for size option, and to vary the opacity of the selected brush, enable Use pressure for opacity.

  6. In the options bar, select Set source and position the pointer over an area to set the sampling source.

    Tip:

Press and hold Alt (Windows) or Option (macOS) to set a new source and avoid repetition. Release the key to start painting with the copied source.

  7. Position the cursor over the area where you want to duplicate the object and begin painting.

  8. Select Download.
