On the Photoshop on the web homepage, under Start something new, select Upload an image and browse for a file on your device.

Select Size & position > Move .

In the options bar, select More options to set the Distribute and Distribute spacing attributes and choose to show or hide transform controls.

Select any element in your image, like a layer, a selection, or an artboard, and drag to move it around.

Select Download.
