How to change your Adobe plan or subscription

If you purchased an individual plan from Adobe, you can change it in your Adobe account page. If you purchased elsewhere, contact the store directly.

  1. Select Manage plan for the plan you want to change.

  2. Select Change your plan.

    Don't see Change your plan?

    The option isn't available if we're processing your payment or had a problem with it. Try again in 24 hours.

  3. From the drop-down menu, select or search a plan.

  4. Find the plan you want to switch to, and then choose Select plan.

  5. Review the plan details, and select Agree and subscribe (or Confirm) to change your plan.

What happens after you change your plan?

After you change your plan:

  • Your current plan will be canceled, and you'll receive the applicable refund.
  • The new plan will take effect immediately, and you'll be charged for the plan.
  • Your monthly or yearly billing date will change to the date you switch plans.
  • For yearly plans, the renewal date will be one year from the date you switch. For example, if you change your plan on June 14, 2022, the new plan will renew on June 14, 2023.
