Get an overview of projects in Creative Cloud.
Projects are stored in a shareable location within organizations, meaning that the content isn't tied to any individual. Projects and their members can be managed by administrators from within the admin console. Sharing assets within a project means that project members inherit access to all assets within the project. You can save all Adobe Express cloud documents, files, folders, and libraries in a project. To access your projects, navigate to Files > Projects.
Invites and permissions supported in a project
Collaborators can be assigned Can edit or Can view permissions, which apply to all items within a project. Making a project available to the organization allows you to share the project via a link, but users must have the link to rediscover the project.
In addition to sharing at the project level, users can also share individual documents. These shared documents are visible under Shared with You section.
Admin controls
Admins have the following controls:
- Access to all the projects stored within the account.
- Ability to do the following operations from the admin console and creative cloud:
- Create new projects.
- Discard, delete, and restore existing projects.
- Manage members within the project.
