- Troubleshooting
Learn about the known issues and limitations in the latest release of Animate.
Operating System
- Animate is not per-monitor DPI aware on Windows.
- On repeated mouse actions on a single operation may lead to an inconsistent crash on some Mac OS 13 version.
- Fluid Brush is only available in hardwares supporting DirectX 12 feature level 12_0 or higher on Windows and Open GL version 4.0 or higher on Mac.
Layer parenting
- Selecting and moving both the parent and child layer objects together does not function as expected if there are raw shapes in the selection.
Sound
- Using 48 khz audio in timeline may lead to sync issues in the output video.
